Your generous gifts contributed to the Foundation raising almost $3 million to help the hospital provide state-of-the-art healthcare to thousands of individuals. Northridge Hospital is the most comprehensive medical and diagnostic hospital in the San Fernando Valley.
In times of critical medical need, we offer numerous Centers of Excellence such as a Level II Trauma Center and Emergency Department; Center for Rehabilitation Medicine, and STEMI (Heart Attack) Center.
In 2008 Northridge Hospital Medical Center announced the surgical revolution in minimally invasive surgery -- the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System. It combines computer robotic technologies to help physicians perform a wide range of major surgeries through a few tiny incisions. Northridge Hospital is the first facility in the San Fernando Valley, and one of only 20 percent of hospitals in the United States, offering this revolutionary technology.
