C∙A∙T∙S Hosts Partner Appreciation Luncheon
On Thursday, May 1, 2025, the Center for Assault Treatment Services (C∙A∙T∙S) hosted its annual Law Enforcement Partner Appreciation Luncheon, celebrating the vital partnerships that help provide safety, justice, and healing for survivors of sexual and domestic abuse.
The event brought together key law enforcement officers, members of Abused Child Unit and community advocates who work closely with C∙A∙T∙S to ensure survivors receive comprehensive, trauma-informed care and unwavering support.
Allison Willhite Hendren of the District Attorney’s Office spoke to the power of collaboration, noting, “The connections I’ve made through C∙A∙T∙S have allowed me to engage with organizations that share a common mission, justice and healing for victims.”
Mr. Larry Stearn, a dedicated supporter and representative of the LAPD Valley Bureau Foundation, shared his continuing long-standing commitment to strengthening the ties between C∙A∙T∙S and local law enforcement agencies.
Regina D’Aquilla, Director of C∙A∙T∙S, expressed heartfelt appreciation, “We are deeply grateful to every law enforcement agency, and organization that stands with us in service of survivors. Your dedication makes a lasting impact on the lives of the children and adults we care for, and we couldn’t do this work without you.”
Together, these partnerships continue to form a powerful network of care and justice for victims throughout the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.
